All information about shipping & delivery
We ship by parcel service or freight forwarder, depending on the volume of the shipment. The shipping prices plus VAT depend on the net order value ex warehouse Bremen. The minimum order value is £50.
UK - Standard Shipping
For an order value up to £200 net we charge a shipping fee of £14.90 net. From an order value of £200 net, we deliver free of charge. Shipping is always duty paid and taxed.
For some regions within the UK, an island surcharge applies due to the special delivery circumstances. This surcharge is £34.90 per £100 value of goods. Different prices may apply for other countries.
In addition to the UK, we offer online shops in Germany, the Netherlands, France, Denmark, Spain, Portugal and Switzerland. You can find an overview of all partners here:
From our German shop greenbox we deliver to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, Bulgaria, Hungary and Romania.
For deliveries to countries not mentioned above within and outside Europe, we will be happy to provide you with an offer - please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders placed before 12:30 p.m. (CET) are usually shipped on the same day (depending on item availability and payment terms). Depending on the shipping method, delivery is made by GLS or, for freight shipments with pallet delivery, by a freight forwarder. Standard delivery time to the UK is 3-6 business days or 5-7 days for freight forwarding shipments.
Please make sure that someone is on site to accept the goods.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, items can be returned free of charge if there are any defects that we are responsible for. Therefore, please check the delivered items for completeness, transport damage and quality immediately after acceptance.
If there are any shortages or defects, please call or write us and report this within 14 days at the latest. We will discuss the subsequent delivery or return and the corresponding refunds with you. We will not accept packages sent without postage paid.
If you would like to return the goods for other reasons, e.g. if you have placed an incorrect order, please call or write to us and we will discuss the next steps with you.
You will receive a corresponding return delivery note from us, which must be enclosed with the shipment. You will also find details of the return address on the return delivery note. Please note: We ask for your understanding that we are not allowed to take back already opened sub-packaging for hygienic reasons. In order to cover the costs of the necessary quality inspection, repackaging if necessary and restocking of goods taken back on a goodwill basis, we charge a credit deduction of 10% of the original value of the goods. Please note: There is no legal right of withdrawal in commercial trade.
